Manufacturing - The Operation & Maintenance Site Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of operation and maintenance of a Netafim irrigation system, including executing the irrigation schedule, injection of any nutrients or other compounds through the irrigation system, monitoring system performance, performing and/or overseeing regular system maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting the automation system. This role is an essential part of our rapidly growing organization that will help us deliver exceptional results to clients. The successful candidate will possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with our field agronomists, project managers and commercial team. This role is also a critical interface with customers, suppliers and other contractors and will define and supervise the daily activities of field irrigation staff.
